- By telephone - on 01833 640217 option 2
- By email - to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Online - via the link at the top of this page. New users will need to complete a simple registration.
We usually dispense medicines to our patients who live more than one mile from a chemist.
Book your Repeat Prescription Online
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow 24 hours before collecting the prescription or 72 hours (3 working days) before collecting the dispensed medication.
If you require urgent medication, please contact the surgery between 8am and 6pm, we will endeavour to provide your emergency medication as soon as possible. If the surgery is closed please contact the Out of Hours Centre on 111
Changes to Prescribing of Gabapentin and Pregabalin
Good practice requires that this class of drug is limited to a 1-month supply. If your prescription for Gabapentin or Pragabalin is currently for more than 1 month then your quantity prescribed may be reduced.
As these will be Controlled Drugs from 1st April prescriptions will be unable to be sent electronically to your Pharmacy and will need to be collected from the Surgery. Prescriptions can still be collected by your Pharmacy, please discuss with them how this will be arranged.
